Position Summary...
Join Walmart’s Spark team as a Senior Manager, where you will lead high-impact initiatives that power growth, efficiency, and innovation across our last-mile delivery platform. In this role, you’ll oversee complex programs, translate data into strategic action, and partner cross-functionally to enhance driver experience, operational performance, and business results at scale.
About the Independent Contractor (Spark Driver) Earnings Team
Our team partners with senior leadership, legal, compliance, operations, and product to ensure our contractor earnings programs meet the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and efficiency. We drive strategic initiatives that balance regulatory requirements with seamless contractor experience, supporting the company’s vision for growth and trust.
What you'll do...
- Lead execution of cross-functional Spark initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics
- Provide data-driven decision support by analyzing operational and financial trends and translating insights into action
- Oversee development of operational tools, reporting, and scorecards to improve driver performance and platform efficiency
- Drive initiatives that measure metrics, reduce costs, and mitigate operational risk
- Manage and develop associates while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance
What you’ll bring... - Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or marketplace/platform environments
- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Strong analytical expertise with experience using data to influence investment and operational decisions
- Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations and performance metrics in dynamic environments
- Experience developing high-performing teams and leading through organizational change

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
