What you'll do...

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts participating in sales and marketing events and making efforts to meet Membership goals
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps following proper forklift spotting procedures following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials following Company steel standard guidelines and correctingreporting unsafe situations to Management
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services
Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process Member purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold
Helps generate new business and associated revenue by actively promoting department services and offerings to members responding to customer inquiries and requests helping customers register for department services and soliciting feedback from members about their onlinedigital shopping experience
Fulfills Member digital orders by reviewing these orders picking items accurately from shelves scanning items staging orders correctly ensuring the accuracy of orders before dispensing securing items until Members arrive and following up on outofstock merchandise to meet Member needs
Fulfills customer orders by reviewing orders locating preparing and packaging merchandise ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick updispensing making appropriate product substitutions and consulting with member as needed to ensure satisfaction and following up on outofstock merchandise that affects the members onlinedigital experience

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00
