The Walmart+ Member Operations team is responsible for building a scalable operations foundation that consistently delivers exceptional member experiences. We identify and solve priority member issues and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement effective and efficient solutions. We are hiring a Senior Manager to join our team enhancing member benefit effectiveness and innovating the future member experience.

What you'll do...

What You’ll Do…. - Deeply understand member benefit experience problems and their root causes using an understanding of member needs, member feedback, knowledge of benefit operations processes, and performance data.

• Develop structured problem-solving frameworks and conduct experiments to validate the most impactful hypotheses.
• Craft data-driven business cases for benefit improvement recommendations, achieving cross-functional partner buy-in and securing leadership support and resourcing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to develop multi-phase change implementation plans.
• Experience partnering with data science and analytics teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
