Position Summary
The Project Manager II, Supply Chain Management will lead and oversee multiple operational and deployment projects across fulfillment center networks. This role serves as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams (approximately 15 teams), ensuring alignment on execution, performance, timelines, and results. The PM will drive project appointments, host weekly operational syncs, and ensure successful delivery of supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management for deployment initiatives, including launching new technology capabilities, new fulfillment sites, and operational projects
- Oversee and execute approximately nine concurrent supply chain projects
- Host and facilitate weekly operational sync meetings and stakeholder calls
- Act as liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
- Build reports and leverage data analysis to monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate outcomes
- Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, and/or fulfillment center operations
- Proven experience managing operational or deployment projects
- Experience working within fulfillment centers (supporting multiple FCs; exposure to large-scale networks preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to build and interpret reports
- Experience with Sort App, IP systems, and MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Familiarity with Atlas Suite tools including Auto Endgame, Manual Endgame, Schaefer & Thor, YMS, and GSCOPE
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead calls and engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a dynamic, high-change environment
Preferred Qualifications - Experience partnering with transportation managers and fulfillment center leadership
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements in operational settings
- Experience supporting multi-site operations (14+ FCs preferred)
Work Environment
This role operates within fulfillment center environments and supports a network of 36 total sites, with direct responsibility for approximately 14 fulfillment centers.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
