The team links key marketplace growth drivers—such as GMV, take rate, seller onboarding, and fulfillment through Walmart Fulfillment Services—to financial outcomes. Their work supports profitable growth, enhances seller experience, and strengthens customer value across Walmart’s digital ecosystem, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.

What you'll do... Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend expense targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances. Develop and maintain control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency. Produce financial models incorporating assumptions, risks, and forecasts for senior management presentations. Support budgeting processes by providing insights on historical trends and future retail events. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align financial plans with business objectives. Supervise and develop associates, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll bring: Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions. Strong skills in variance analysis and data interpretation to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating assumptions and risk factors. Effective communication skills to present financial results and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated management experience, including mentoring and developing associates.
