What You’ll Do

Design and write efficient and quality code that can work at scale

Research, learn & adapt to new technologies to solve problems & improve existing solutions

End-to-end ownership of modules including development, deployment to QA and production.

Operate with a start-up mentality, bringing new ideas to the table & inspiring those around you to do the same.

Effectively translate requirements into technical solutions leveraging Agile epics & stories.

Anticipate & manage risks & dependencies for a given functionality by mindful planning, estimation & proactive communication.

Help cross-functional teams to solve for business problems & develop solutions that enable us to redefine a “best-in-class” customer experience.
What You’ll bring
-
6 to 9 years of overall experience, with background in software engineering.
-
Development experience in Java 8 or above, lambda functions, and related technologies.
-
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with an emphasis on building low-latency, scalable systems.
-
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL.
-
Working knowledge of cloud-based application architecture, distributed systems, microservice protocols and interfaces.

Exposure and experience to following
Git Ops and CI/CD to automate code pipelines.

Experience in containerisation tools like Docker, Helm, Kubernetes.
-
Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure/GCP.

Exposure of using AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency in software development lifecycle.
