What You’ll Do

• Design and write efficient and quality code that can work at scale

• Research, learn & adapt to new technologies to solve problems & improve existing solutions

• End-to-end ownership of modules including development, deployment to QA and production.

• Operate with a start-up mentality, bringing new ideas to the table & inspiring those around you to do the same.

• Effectively translate requirements into technical solutions leveraging Agile epics & stories.

• Anticipate & manage risks & dependencies for a given functionality by mindful planning, estimation & proactive communication.

• Help cross-functional teams to solve for business problems & develop solutions that enable us to redefine a “best-in-class” customer experience.

What You’ll bring

• 6 to 9 years of overall experience, with background in software engineering.

• Development experience in Java 8 or above, lambda functions, and related technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with an emphasis on building low-latency, scalable systems.

• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL.

• Working knowledge of cloud-based application architecture, distributed systems, microservice protocols and interfaces.

• Exposure and experience to following

Git Ops and CI/CD to automate code pipelines.

• Experience in containerisation tools like Docker, Helm, Kubernetes.

• Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure/GCP.

• Exposure of using AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency in software development lifecycle.
