Want to shape how leaders across the enterprise understand and act on behalf of customer and associate experiences? Within the Voice of the Experience (VOX) team, we harness data, insights, and storytelling to influence decisions at the highest levels. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and leadership helping to unlock enterprise growth by translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives that drive change.

You'll make an impact by:

Driving strategic VOX initiatives from end-to-end, ensuring insights are turned into action.

Partnering with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Design, e Commerce and Operations teams to bring clarity and focus to enterprise priorities.

Transforming raw data into structured insights that shape executive and board-level decisions.
-
Building business cases and ad-hoc analyses to elevate the “voice of the experience” across the enterprise while building out solutions that reduce effort, generate savings, and enhance experiences across the enterprise.

Defining strategies that reduce friction, resolve defects, and enhance customer and associate experiences.

Measuring success with clear metrics, surfacing opportunities, and identifying gaps that matter most.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, or a quantitative field.

3-5 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial services, or enterprise analytics.

Experience building strategic frameworks, conducting enterprise planning exercises, and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
-
Strong experience with data storytelling, executive-level presentations, and influencing leaders.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Prior leadership experience in strategy, consulting, customer experience, or operations management.

PMP certification or equivalent program management background.

MBA, PHD, or similar advanced education.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
