About Sourcing Our Sourcing team is a dynamic, enterprise-aligned group focused on innovation, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset. We’re transforming sourcing by activating new strategies, streamlining processes, and fostering a supportive environment where associates are empowered to move fast and win together. As Manager, you’ll help shape the future of Walmart’s Fashion Intimates and Sleep business, working cross-functionally to deliver value and growth.
What you’ll do:

Manage sourcing processes for Domestic and Direct Import strategies.

Oversee costing and quality for Omni channel sourcing and operations.

Develop and maintain supplier relationships.

Lead sourcing opportunities and ensure supplier capability.

Guide partners and suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and price goals.

Analyze data and compile reports to support business decisions.
What you’ll bring:

Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women’s categories.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-
3+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing; 4-6 years with major brands or importers/agents.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to communicate business priorities and drive results.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years’ experience in sourcing OR 5 years’ experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas.
Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.
Project Management certification.
