Role Summary
This role supports the sourcing team by handling compliance, documentation, process execution, and lighter sourcing tasks. The Junior Analyst will ensure that vendor approval workflows, legal/compliance checklists, technical readiness reviews, and routine sourcing tasks are well-executed, enabling senior resources to focus on high-impact deals.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive vendor / CSP / data provider approval and onboarding workflows (documentation, checklist completion, status tracking)

Liaise with legal, privacy, security, and technical teams to collect required artifacts and ensure compliance

Perform vendor due diligence (background checks, KYC, regulatory screening)

Support contract template population, preparing draft agreements, change requests
-
Assist in sourcing tasks: gathering RFP responses, comparative vendor scoring, benchmarking
-
Track and maintain vendor performance metrics, SLA compliance dashboards
-
Coordinate internal stakeholder reviews and sign-off steps

Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership
-
Act as a documentation keeper: maintain vendor records, audit logs, contract files
-
Help coordinate integration and go-live readiness with operations teams

Support strategy / PMO in ad hoc sourcing or strategic projects (e.g. cost modeling, vendor rationalization)
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, compliance, or similar
-
Strong detail orientation, process discipline, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
-
Good understanding of contract lifecycle, data privacy / regulatory basics
-
Solid Excel skills, comfortable with tracking systems (e.g. vendor management tools, spreadsheets, trackers)

Experience with Confluence and Jira or similar platforms

Clear and professional communication skills in Spanish and English
-
Proactive, able to escalate blockers, follow-through on action items
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team across time zones
Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Exposure to CSP / telecom / connectivity / API business

Experience in sourcing, vendor management, or compliance in tech / startup settings
-
Familiarity with privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD or equivalents)

Some exposure to contract work, template negotiation

Vendor onboarding cycle time (e.g. from initiation to approval)

Completeness and correctness of vendor documentation

Number of vendor / CSP relationships supported

Accuracy in dashboards / reports

Stakeholder satisfaction (senior sourcing, legal, compliance)

Number of sourcing tasks delivered (RFP completions, vendor analyses)
