This role owns how we articulate, package, and sell value across Issuing Solutions. You turn products, market signals, and deal insight into sharp customer narratives that Sales and Solution Leads can use immediately.
You take full ownership of value propositions, storylines, and commercial plays, so the business moves faster and more consistently.
Core responsibilities and we expect of you day-to-day:
Customer value propositions & narratives
Own end‑to‑end value proposition development across all Issuing solutions
(Pismo, Digital SDK, Tink, Enrichment, Loyalty, Data Products, Network Products)- Define clear, differentiated sales narratives and solution storylines to support key client events with a view to grow pipeline AANR and revenue.
- Package Issuing propositions into coherent, client ready bundles, looking for ways to multiply VAS. I.e. bundling Pismo across not just Issuing, but Risk & Security solutions where relevant.
- Ensure messaging is consistent, sharp, and grounded in real customer value
Commercial enablement & sales readiness
- Act as a true enablement partner to Issuing Solution Leads
- Clarify where to sell i.e. opportunity sizing across EU markets, why to sell i.e. to which segment of clients, and with what storyline.
- Create materials Sales and Solutions can pick up and use without rework, partnering with Marketing to ensure cohesive and well-polished narratives.
- Design commercial plays anchored in customer pain points and buying triggers
- Support prioritisation with clear sizing logic and commercial rationale
- Feed structured inputs into GTM planning and investment decisions
GTM Execution& Market Insights:
- Own the proposition and narrative repository for Issuing Solutions, utilizing Co-Pilot and AI to increase efficiencies with agents where possible.
- Support the creation of new vertical priorities for where we see the need to sell.
- Translate market signals, deal insight, and product input into actionable GTM messaging
- Provide competitive radar input and market insight translation for the team
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Senior commercial or GTM experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or platforms
- Proven ownership of value propositions, sales narratives, and enablement
- Strong commercial thinking: sizing, packaging, and prioritization
- Comfortable working across Product, Sales, Solutions, and Strategy
- Exceptional clarity in writing and storytelling.
- Able to operate independently and close the loop end to end
- Strong acumen in product commercialization, including development of a Go-To-Market strategy for a newly established line of the business
