Job Description
Partnerships represent a sizable amount of our annual Marketing Services revenue and remain a core asset for both the Visa Brand and Visa Clients.
As we work towards delivering our 2030 growth strategy and achieving our future aspirations, we need to evolve our approach to productize, price, and extract maximum value out of our vast portfolio of world-class Sponsorship assets.
The Senior Manager- Partnership Commercialization and Go-To-Market will drive all operational performance excellence for Partnerships within the Marketing Services business.
This new role will develop a robust pricing strategy, create set plays, proactively manage asset inventory, and partner with the regions and markets in successfully commercializing Partnership programs with clients across CEMEA.
Additionally, the Senior Manager will help support the exploration of net-new sponsorship and partnership opportunities across CEMEA or in specific sub-regions, in close collaboration with the CEMEA Sponsorship Team, Regional Marketing Services Partners, and Finance.
The selected candidate will help drive the execution, vision, and go-to-market approach to advance Marketing Services to a profitable and strong revenue driver for Visa and achieve our financial and operational excellence goals.
This person will report directly to the Senior Director of Commercialization and Go to Market of CEMEA Marketing Services.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Help designing and implementing frameworks for Marketing Services target setting and reporting across and oversee implementation in close partnership with CEMEA Finance, proactively reporting on sales pipelines and client activity, and delivering any other custom analyses as required
- Build and maintain a robust tracking mechanism to understand worldwide Partnership asset inventories across the Marketing Services business and sell-in status by client
- Design a pricing methodology to be leveraged across assets to ensure we’re pricing consistently region by region with clear margin targets by project/asset type
- Design, implement, and optimize asset resale models for all Partnership properties to ensure maximum utilization of assets
- Represent Marketing Services’ interests in the exploration of new partnership opportunities, assess client demand/subsequent revenue potential for new assets, and support enablement and commercialization
- Develop best-in-class Marketing Services sales materials to support the robust sell-in of partnership programs with clients worldwide, and a library of case studies to promote knowledge sharing and reapplication across the Marketing Services organization
- Contribute to Marketing Service’s 3-year growth strategy and extend to a 2030 view, coupled with robust financial modeling and identification of clear Partnership building blocks that drive growth.
