Jobs
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to support and scale the Pismo product organization. This role focuses on improving how products are planned, built, launched, and operated by creating clarity, consistency, and leverage across teams.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Commercial, and Visa stakeholders to optimize product processes, improve execution velocity, and ensure product decisions are supported by strong data, tooling, and operating rhythms. This is a critical role for enabling product teams to operate effectively at scale within a fast‑growing, global environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to improve product planning, execution, and delivery processes.
- Establish and maintain product operating rhythms, including roadmap reviews, prioritization frameworks, and cross‑team dependencies.
- Drive consistency and clarity in product artifacts such as roadmaps, OKRs, release notes, and internal documentation.
- Support product launches by coordinating readiness across engineering, client‑facing, commercial, and support teams.
- Own and evolve product tooling and workflows (e.g., Jira, Confluence, roadmap tools, analytics dashboards).
- Build and maintain product performance reporting, surfacing insights on delivery, adoption, and operational health.
- Identify friction points in product development and execution, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and scale.
- Act as a connective layer between Pismo and Visa stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, product management, or a related role in fintech, SaaS, or platform environments.
- Experience supporting product teams building complex, API‑driven or platform products.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cross‑functional execution.
- Proven ability to design and improve processes that enable teams to move faster and operate more effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in payments, card issuing, core banking, or financial infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with cloud‑native platforms, microservices, and API‑first product models.
- Experience operating in a global, highly matrixed organization.
- Background working closely with enterprise clients or regulated financial products.
- Experience supporting product teams through periods of rapid growth or organizational change.
