Tink is building an open banking platform that enables banks, fintechs and startups to develop data-driven financial services. Through one API, Tink allows customers to access aggregated financial data, initiate payments, enrich transactions and build personal finance management tools. Tink connects to more than 3,400 banks that reach over 250 million bank customers across Europe. Our solutions are ready-to-go products, each developed to solve specific problems and bring value to both businesses and their customers.

Software Engineering graduates may work across development, test and support on cool things like:

• Implementation of a single development lifecycle, from Analysis & Design, Build and QA to Security and Deployment.
• Support the needs of a new application using technologies like Java, REST Services, Micro Services Databases SQL & NoSQL, Docker, Hadoop, Bitbucket, Unix and Shell Scripting and more.
• Develop tools to improve processes.

We don’t expect you to have years of experience — instead, we’re looking for graduates with the right mindset, curiosity, and foundational skills to grow into outstanding engineers.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 from Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computer applications and its related field, looking to start working in the summer 2026.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to Java, C++, C# or Python.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular, ML or AI is a plus.
• The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on.
• Highly driven and resourceful.
• Strong ability to collaborate.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 60% or more of the time based on business needs.
