We’re looking for a People Advisor – Analyst to join our Central Europe People Advisory team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging employee experience across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. What you’ll do
As a trusted member of the People Advisory Team Europe, you’ll support employees and leaders across Central Europe with high-quality, practical HR advice, while collaborating closely with People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and global shared services.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to employees and managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring guidance is compliant with local employment legislation
- Act as a trusted partner to line managers on complex and sensitive people matters, supporting early and effective resolution
- Manage HR queries via a case management system, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and employee experience
- Support the full HR lifecycle, with particular focus on policy guidance, flexible working, change management, and data analysis
- Partner with People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence on performance management, HR analytics, and employee relations
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, representing the Central Europe perspective
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accurate and timely submission to payroll teams
- Draft and administer local HR documentation such as employment confirmations, contract amendments, reference letters, and long-term sick leave documentation
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Demonstrated knowledge of local employment law, particularly within the German market
- Experience providing policy guidance and coaching to managers and employees in a matrixed organization
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality with a people-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with confidence using data to inform decisions
- Experience with Workday and/or Service Now, or strong motivation to learn
- First experience with AI-enabled tools or a strong interest in building AI capabilities
