Job Description
- Lead the commercialization strategy and GTM planning for Issuing Network Products, collaborating with global and regional teams to define and execute plans that drive revenue and market share.
- Manage the end-to-end process for new product launches, including approvals, pricing, market enablement, and training.
- Drive re-pricing initiatives, aligning with global strategies and ensuring effective communication and execution in the region.
- Identify and accelerate sales of key network products, developing and executing sales enhancement plans in partnership with market teams.
- Support issuer processing commercialization by defining priority markets, enabling market entry, and driving sales enablement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide pre-sales consultation, solution design, and post-implementation support to ensure client success.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and deliver on annual operating plans and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with Visas strategic objectives.
- Represent Visa in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and with key partners to advance the company’s interests and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
12 years of experience in payments product management, with deep expertise in issuing network products and issuer processing.
Proven track record in product commercialization, GTM strategy, and execution in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including market trends, regulatory landscape, and the needs of banks, fintech's, and digital players.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Experience in developing and managing partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving business outcomes.
Bachelors degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred
