We are seeking a Brand Core Marketing Manager with strong regional experience and a proven background in developing marketing strategies for Affluent and high‑value consumer segments. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing Visa’s Affluent segment strategy across Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring premium brand positioning, sophisticated storytelling, and high‑impact integrated campaigns.
The role requires close collaboration with the social media & Digital Engagement led to ensure consistent, elevated messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead the development and execution of the integrated marketing strategy for the Affluent segment across Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and Puerto Rico.
- Translate Affluent consumer insights into premium brand narratives, propositions, and experiences, aligned with Visa’s global and regional brand guidelines.
- Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, digital, social, PR, experiential, partnerships) tailored to high‑value consumers.
- Ensure brand tone, creative execution, and consumer touchpoints reflect luxury, exclusivity, and premium value.
- Work closely with the social media & Digital Engagement Specialist to amplify Affluent strategies through refined content, platform‑specific storytelling, and targeted paid media.
- Develop strategic briefs and manage creative, media, and experiential agencies with a strong focus on premium execution standards.
- Lead media planning and channel strategy with a clear Affluent mindset, including contextual placements, high‑impact formats, and data‑driven targeting.
- Manage the regional marketing budget for Affluent initiatives, ensuring efficient investment and ROI.
- Oversee performance measurement, KPIs, and reporting, connecting insights from Visa transaction data, research, media, and digital analytics.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, premium merchants, and high‑end experiences aligned to the Affluent segment.
- Inspire and guide agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class premium marketing programs
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, 360 marketing, or segment marketing roles within multinational companies.
Demonstrated experience working with luxury brands, premium products, financial services, or Affluent/high net worth consumer segments.
Strong understanding of Affluent consumer behavior, motivations, media consumption, and decision drivers.
Ability to develop elevated brand positioning, premium storytelling, and differentiated consumer experiences.
Solid expertise across ATL, digital, paid media, content marketing, and performance measurement.
Preferably, experience managing regional or multi market initiatives.
Advanced English required.
