Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Co-Ownership:

  • Co-own and drive the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs such as product launches, CVP deployments, digital platform rollouts, and market enablement initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes with clearly defined accountabilities.
  • Ensure alignment across different markets, segments, and stakeholder groups to maintain coherence and focus.
  • Collaborate with Core Products & CVP and Product Platforms & Solutions leads to maintain progress and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Identify risks early and proactively address issues to sustain delivery momentum and stakeholder alignment.

Strategic Product Enablement:

  • Support the development and clear articulation of consumer value propositions (CVPs) and product strategies using structured analysis and market insights.
  • Develop and curate executive-level materials, including business cases, presentations, briefing notes, and client engagement decks.
  • Integrate product performance, consumer insights, and commercial drivers into cohesive, data-driven narratives.
  • Strengthen product storytelling to enhance visibility and impact in both internal and external forums.

Executive Partnership & Leadership Enablement:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Director, offering analytical, strategic, and coordination support across the Consumer Products function.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, and synthesis reports for senior stakeholder meetings at regional, global, and client-facing levels.
  • Manage confidential or cross-functional projects on behalf of the Senior Director with discretion, speed, and accuracy.
  • Support the Senior Director’s agenda by tracking commitments, aligning deliverables, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Operate in a Business Manager capacity, ensuring operational readiness, structured follow-through, and high-quality outputs.

Insights, Governance & Reporting:

  • Consolidate and interpret market, product, and performance data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Produce concise, insight-driven reporting packs for governance forums and business reviews.
  • Maintain oversight of the health, progress, and dependencies of strategic programs.
  • Embed consistency and efficiency in reporting, communication, and tracking mechanisms throughout the function.

Team Enablement & Operating Rhythm:

  • Define and manage the team’s operating cadence to ensure effective planning, review, and delivery cycles.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and documentation to streamline execution.
  • Curate best practices and learning materials to strengthen execution capabilities across markets.
  • Support internal communication, onboarding, and initiatives that foster cross-team collaboration.

Key Outcomes:

  • Strategic programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
  • The Senior Director and product leads gain increased capacity to focus on strategy, leadership, and external engagement.
  • The Consumer Products function operates with discipline, cohesion, and a standard of delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholders experience improved clarity, quality, and consistency in all engagement and reporting.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline

5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, CVP development, or Enablement within financial services, fintech, or payments sectors

Experience in Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Enablement Manager or Product Manager roles is strongly encouraged

Proven track record of leading or co-owning cross-functional programs, product launches, or market enablement initiatives

Prior experience in Business Manager or Senior Executive Support roles within a high-performance environment is advantageous

Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect data and insights to strategic business decisions

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with proven capability to create executive-level deliverables

Excellent communication, relationship management, and executive presence

High integrity, sound judgment, and adaptability in complex environments
