Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manager of Product Management to support the strategy, execution, and performance of our credit products portfolio for mass consumer segments across Latin America and the Caribbean LAC. This role is ideal for a strong contributor with experience in credit products who can combine analytical skills, market understanding, and coordinated execution to drive business impact.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in managing credit product initiatives, supporting business growth, and enhancing client satisfaction. You will help develop the product roadmap, contribute to new product launches, and assist in optimizing existing offerings to ensure competitiveness and relevance in the market.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Support the management of the credit product lifecycle, including market analysis, product enhancements, and performance tracking.
- Ensure alignment with regional priorities and evolving customer needs.
Execution Support:
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate on the development and delivery of product initiatives aligned with market trends and client expectations.
Market Coordination:
- Develop go‑to‑market activities for LAC markets.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support successful delivery and growth.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track KPIs, analyze product performance, and provide recommendations to improve adoption, usage, and profitability.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners to support timely and high‑quality execution of initiatives.
Innovation Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for digital enhancements and new features that strengthen product competitiveness.
Client Stakeholder Support:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for credit products.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and support continuous improvement actions.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments or financial services.
Experience supporting product lifecycle activities, including ideation, launch, and optimization.
Strong commercial mindset with exposure to business case development or performance tracking.
Analytical skills with experience using data and market insights to inform recommendations.
Experience operating in matrixed global or regional organizations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
- Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish Portuguese is a plus.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 124,300.00 to 198,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
