The Network Products & Solutions at Visa is focused on extending our network products and solutions portfolio, bringing innovative products to market and enhancing the Cardholder, Issuer and Merchant experiences through new solutions. The Cardholder Experiences team is part of the Network Products & Solutions team and is specifically focused on Deliver expanded capabilities that can be exposed to cardholders. Build on existing Subscription Manager and Stop Payments products to supercharge subscription management and target recurring payment flows. The team is also responsible to successfully help execute on the 2030 Network Products growth plan, and to deliver on revenue expectations. We are currently seeking a Product Manager for the Cardholder Experiences team within Network Processing.

Define product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, market prioritization, and pricing.

Ideate new product concepts and advance next-gen value-added services.

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle including impact analysis, requirements gathering, technical designs reviews, prepare and be responsible for client documentation preparation to ensure accuracy and quality, and engage with internal and external partners on the delivered enhancement(s).

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and launch.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and track product performance using key metrics to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.

Proactively identify opportunities and take action to drive product success.

Supporting new business growth by providing pre and post sales product support to prospective clients.

Maintaining reference guides, web content and communicating best practices to service users.

Carrying out data and trend analysis in partnership with internal teams and clients.

Stay updated on consumer and payment tech trends, especially AI and automation.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
- Client-facing experience: supporting go-to-market strategies and collaborating directly with customers or partners.
- Experience with product development methodology.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with APIs and willingness to learn about AI-powered tools.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work creatively in a tech-driven environment.
