We are seeking a Payments Consulting & Implementation Senior Manager to lead and support the successful delivery of complex client-facing card and payment initiatives for Visa’s clients across the Nordics. This role combines strategic advisory, deep expertise in payments, and hands-on execution to help clients implement and optimize solutions across the entire payments value chain.

You will be confident, proactive, and highly skilled in communication—both written and spoken. You will engage with senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. A commercial mindset is essential, as you will identify opportunities to create value for clients and position Visa’s solutions as the best fit for their needs.

You will guide clients through the full journey from current state to target solution, leveraging your experience in payments and transformation projects. Drawing on your knowledge of card schemes, payment rails, and digital innovations, you will bring industry best practices, structured delivery approaches, and thought leadership to ensure every project achieves measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and execute client-facing change initiatives from current state to target solution, ensuring smooth implementation of card and payment projects.
  • Manage resources and timelines across Visa, client, and third-party teams, providing clear visibility and progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Lead to establish VIS’s presence in Denmark alongside client delivery—developing client relationships, shaping offerings, and building a local team around VIS’s capabilities.
  • Support commercial efforts by identifying new opportunities during engagements and positioning Visa’s solutions effectively.
  • Drive delivery excellence, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster collaboration across multiple teams and initiatives to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with Visa Consulting counterparts and other Visa business units, leveraging expertise and best practices to deliver maximum client value.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Provide thought leadership on the future of payments and retail banking, contributing to strategic discussions and innovation.
  • Work with Visa Hub teams to leverage best practices, share insights, and deliver added value to clients.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
