- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Lead to establish VIS’s presence in Denmark alongside client delivery—developing client relationships, shaping offerings, and building a local team around VIS’s capabilities.
- Support commercial efforts by identifying new opportunities during engagements and positioning Visa’s solutions effectively.
- Drive delivery excellence, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster collaboration across multiple teams and initiatives to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with Visa Consulting counterparts and other Visa business units, leveraging expertise and best practices to deliver maximum client value.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Provide thought leadership on the future of payments and retail banking, contributing to strategic discussions and innovation.
