What a Manager, Data Solutions Sales Enablement does at Visa:

  • Supports regional data solutions strategy by gathering client and market needs and translating them into clear data solution or product requirements.
  • Partners with Market teams, Practice Areas, and Sales to contribute to ideation, design, and enhancement of data solutions/products for Asia Pacific clients.
  • Collaborates closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Market teams on requirements documentation, solution development, testing, and release activities.
  • Assists in pilot engagements for new data solutions/products, including proposal inputs, use case definition, delivery coordination, and outcome tracking.‑case definition, delivery coordination, and outcome tracking.
  • Tracks product performance and adoption metrics and supports internal communications such as progress updates, adoption insights, and Business Review preparation.
  • Contributes to documentation and enablement materials including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and internal product communications to support market rollout.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Consulting, Data Analytics or related project oversite, Product Management support, or related roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Consulting, Data Science or Sales. functional teams such as Consulting, Data Science, Engineering, or Sales.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and support development and release cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for solution improvement.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated behaviors aligned with Visa’s leadership principles, including accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.

What will also help:

  • Experience in payments, financial services, technology, or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to Asia Pacific markets and an understanding of differing client needs.
  • Familiarity with data science concepts, analytics workflows, and basic engineering processes.
  • Experience supporting data solutions commercialization or market deployment.
  • Ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders through collaboration.
