The Growth Products and Partnerships organization focuses on four key areas to drive Visa’s growth. These include a focus on building and growing our product and solutions partnerships with Big Tech, executing specialized non-traditional commercial deals, elevating and commercializing Visa’s rapidly growing digital currency and crypto capabilities and define and identify the biggest opportunities for long-term growth through the Future of Payments.
Job Description:
The Strategic Wallet Programs & Analytics Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, performance analytics, and strategic initiatives for Visa’s wallet partners. This position focuses on building robust data reporting frameworks, improving business processes, developing strategy for Visa’s growth products, and providing thought leadership to scale partnerships and deliver measurable growth.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to execute complex partnership agreements and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing processes that support sales planning and execution cycles.
You will support a senior account executive across multiple areas critical to realize growth and progress with strategic partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities Operational Improvements

Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Partnerships, Legal) to drive workflow enhancements.

Define SLAs, metrics, and performance standards to monitor portfolio health.

Lead recurring business reviews and meetings to ensure continuous improvement.

Partner with PMO to develop end-to-end project plans for new implementations.

Work with Data Science and back-office teams to resolve reporting errors and optimize data quality.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Ensure integration and quality of data sources for accurate performance tracking.

Analyze trends and gaps to inform strategic decisions and account planning.

Develop customized account strategies and objectives for key partners.

Align cross-functional teams on proposals and deliverables.

Strategy Development & Thought Leadership

Develop strategy and go-to-market plan for strategic initiatives for wallet partners.

Support executive reporting and provide insights into partnership progress.

Educate internal teams on market developments and emerging opportunities.

Contribute to strategic planning and execution for wallet programs.

Assist leadership with meeting preparation and follow-up actions.

Support proposal development and negotiations with internal stakeholders and partner executives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
-
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Background in payments, fintech, or technology partnerships preferred.

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

A minimum of 5 years business experience with related sales and management experience in the mobile, software, hardware or technology services industry

Experienced in continuous improvement of teams, processes, products, and related servicing capabilities

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $134,600 to $215,300 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
