Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and relational databases such as MySQL. The ideal candidate excels in building scalable backend services, high‑quality front-end interfaces, and efficient data solutions. Strong proficiency with GenAI developer tools (Copilot, Cline, ChatGPT, etc.) is preferred, as this role will leverage AI‑assisted development to drive engineering productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize user interfaces using Angular with best‑practice UI-UX patterns.
• Design efficient data models, write optimized queries, and manage schemas for MySQL or other relational DBs.
• Work across the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and set engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver high‑quality features.
• Utilize GenAI and AI‑assisted coding tools to improve development accuracy, velocity, and solution quality.
• Participate in architectural planning for front-end, back-end, and data layers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across the full stack.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in CI-CD, automation, testing, and tooling.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Full-Stack development.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API development.
• Solid experience building web applications using Angular.
• Proficiency with MySQL or similar SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of full stack system design, data flows, and application architecture.
• Demonstrated use of GenAI coding tools (Copilot, Cline, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Experience with Git, CI-CD, and modern development workflows.
• Exceptional problem solving skills, ownership mentality, and ability to operate independently on complex tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GenAI integration concepts (LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.).
• Experience with performance tuning, code quality tooling, security best practices, and automated testing.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or taking technical leadership on projects.
