Team Summary

The Taiwan Product and Solutions team drives the evolution and deployment of Visa’s digital products and standards in the local market. As part of this team, the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions plays a critical role in shaping how new digital payment capabilities are brought to market, working across Visa’s regional product teams, local stakeholders, and the broader payments ecosystem in Taiwan. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, client solutioning, and execution, enabling innovation at scale while addressing the unique dynamics of the Taiwan payments market.

What a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions does at Visa:

This role leads the go-to-market planning, client sell-in, and execution of Visa’s digital products and emerging innovation in Taiwan, in close partnership with the Regional and Cluster Product team. Acting as an individual contributor, the role collaborates extensively with internal teams—including CRM, Acceptance, Client Services, and Risk—as well as external partners such as financial institutions, fintechs, payment facilitators, and processors. Key accountabilities include defining local product roadmaps, planning new product GTM strategy, serving as a subject matter expert on Visa digital capabilities, solutioning client requirements, and supporting successful product implementation and adoption.

Why this is important to Visa

Digital products and standards are central to Visa’s strategy as the payment ecosystem continues to evolve rapidly. This role ensures that Visa’s digital innovations—such as agentic commerce, tokenization, authentication, and API-driven solutions—are effectively localized, adopted, and scaled in Taiwan. By bridging global product strategy with local market needs, the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions helps strengthen Visa’s value proposition to clients, accelerates innovation, and contributes directly to the growth, security, and resilience of the Taiwan payments ecosystem.

What you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, solution management, or project management, preferably within an international card scheme, or a large payment card issuer
  • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and business acumen, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of payment products, including specifications, regulatory and compliance considerations, and client deployment requirements
  • Proven ability to engage clients in a consultative manner, understand their strategies and priorities, and translate needs into effective solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills within large, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

What will also help:

  • Experience working closely with client team and IT teams on solution design and implementation
  • Familiarity with card payment models and Taiwan market dynamics
  • Experience with contracts and commercial negotiation
  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in overcoming complex or ambiguous challenges

Projects you will be a part of:

In this role, you will be directly involved in bringing Visa’s digital innovations—such as AI commerce, tokenization, authentication, and API-based capabilities—to life in the Taiwan market. You will help shape local go-to-market strategies, lead client solutioning for new digital standards, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that influence how consumers pay, how businesses grow, and how the payments ecosystem in Taiwan continues its digital transformation.
