Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, integration and optimization of Visa Marketing 360, Visa’s global marketing automation and personalization platform. In this role, you will partner with global and regional marketing, loyalty, engineering, design, analytics, and client teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing capabilities that enable personalized customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring Visa Marketing 360 delivers measurable impact for Visa and its clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and communicate an AI-driven product vision, ensuring AI is a core enabler of personalization, automation, and predictive capabilities.
- Lead the integration of Visa Marketing 360 with key partners, ensuring seamless data flows, personalization and automation capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to integrate advanced AI into Visa Marketing 360 to enhance targeting, segmentation and real-time decisioning.
Platform Management & Development
- Translate marketing objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, user feedback, and analytics.
- Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality platform enhancements on time and within scope, including the implementation of AI-powered features that deliver measurable marketing impact.
- Ensure AI capabilities are embedded in the product roadmap, balancing innovation with scalability and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner closely with global, regional and market-level Visa marketers to understand their goals, and design scalable solutions.
- Support the development of training programs, onboarding materials, and best-practice playbooks to drive adoption and effective use of Visa Marketing 360.
Data & Performance Optimization
- Leverage AI-based analytics tools to optimize journeys, predict behavior, and maximize ROI
- Use analytics tools, and customer feedback to optimize platform features
Compliance & Market Awareness
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Visa’s data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Monitor the competitive Mar Tech landscape, industry trends, and emerging best practices to inform platform innovation.
- Monitor competitive AI developments in CX platforms and Mar Tech, identifying opportunities to position Visa Marketing 360 as a leader in AI-enabled marketing solutions.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in marketing technology, CRM, or customer experience platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful Mar Tech platforms or digital products that deliver measurable marketing impact
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leveraging AI technologies in current or past roles to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
- Proven track record of conceptualizing, building, and launching AI-first products or products with significant AI components.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities in CX platforms and ability to anticipate market trends in this space.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, sales, and customer support.
- Creative, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing technologies.
- Recognized as a thought leader in the Customer Experience (CX) and Mar Tech space, particularly in the adoption of AI to enhance customer engagement.
- Familiarity with emerging AI trends in Mar Tech and ability to translate them into strategic product innovations.
- Experience working with cross-regional teams and adapting marketing solutions for diverse markets.
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations and their implications for marketing.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,700.00 to 223,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
