The Visa Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to propel your career from the center of payments innovation in Asia Pacific. Throughout your 12 weeks at Visa, you will be empowered to take on impactful work and lead courageously to shape the future of commerce. 1. Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is a key pillar of Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) strategy, driving client growth through consulting and analytics (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems, focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact projects with tangible financial results. VCA as Visa Value Added Services (VAS) is one of the key pillars for Visa future growth. This role provides a phenomenal opportunity to build an exciting and rewarding career in a high growth and fast changing industry. In this role, you will have opportunities to learn from Visa global payment experts and Visa leading data solutions harnessed from global transaction to help clients of issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs and others which span the entire customer journey.
2. Consumer Solutions team manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions together with associated loyalty and benefits platforms. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key Visa stakeholders. We are also the team responsible for leading the transition of these conventional card-based solutions onto digital form factors ensuring that Visa payments solutions are the market leading way for consumers to spend their money and manage their payments across the Asia-Pacific region.
Qualifications
- Language skills – strong English and Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal skills.
- Penultimate year undergraduate students who are available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks between June 2026 to August 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communication, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences
- Research and analytical skills, able to collect and interpret data to solve problems and execute solutions
- Self-motivated with a keen appetite for learning
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience working in cross functional teams and in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
