Are you ready to be introduced to the multifaceted world of corporate law within the retail industry in the EMEA region? VF is looking for a Legal Intern to join the Wholesale Business Area of the EMEA Legal Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a Legal Intern you will be offered a real-world exposure to in-house legal operations, including contract drafting and review and compliance checks. You will apply your academic knowledge in real-world legal challenges, promoting the synthesis of classroom teachings with practical experiences. You will work closely with legal professionals, expanding your professional network and understanding the importance of team dynamics in legal settings.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Legal Intern:

  • Performing legal research activities, including the review, study and analysis of relevant legislation, regulations and case law across the EMEA region.

  • Draft, review and negotiate various contracts (e.g. Partnership Stores Agreements, Distributorship Agreements, etc.), ensuring they align with VF Corporation’s interests and legal standards.

  • Assist other legal professionals in handling actual cases, observing and contributing to the resolution process.

  • Provide support to the team in the management, organization, and maintenance of archived documents and contracts.

  • You are studying Law while beginning the internship or you have recently graduated in Law (after May 1st, 2026).

  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.

  • You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.

  • First experiences such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered a plus.
