Are you ready to turn data-driven decisions into winning retail strategies?Timberland is looking for a Retail Allocator intern to play a key role in ensuring the right product reaches the right store at the right time across EMEA.

Support the allocation and replenishment of product to our EMEA retail stores by analysing sales trends, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate product flow to stores.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Retail allocator intern:

  • Report updating.

  • Manual allocation to stores.

  • Track stock levels, sales trends, and store performance to identify risks and opportunities, recommending adjustments to maximize in-season results.

  • Initial allocation set-up

  • Ad hoc analysis on products / performance.

  • Promotions upload in the system.

  • Warehouse logics and interaction.

  • You enjoy working with data and transforming numbers into clear, meaningful insights that support better decision‑making across Allocation & Planning

  • You have strong problem‑solving skills, and you naturally look for patterns, root causes, and opportunities to improve processes.

  • You are detail‑oriented yet able to zoom out, balancing accuracy with a good understanding of the bigger commercial picture.

  • You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership, even when facing new or ambiguous tasks—your initiative helps move projects forward.

  • You are curious and eager to learn new tools, especially analytics platforms, reporting environments, and product systems (no prior expertise needed—just motivation).

  • Interactions across the different department (planning, allocation, merchandising, operations, marketing)

  • Understand main logic of a specific category allocation, giving inputs on product needs.
