Napapijri is looking for a Paid Media & SEO Coordinator (Fixed Term Maternity Cover) to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Let’s Talk about the Role
You as Paid Media & SEO Coordinator (Maternity Cover) will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of the Digital Marketing activities for the Brand.
You will be responsible for digital campaigns planning, ensuring that Paid Media and Organic Search activities support the entire customer journey, in alignment with business and marketing objectives.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Executing the Brand’s paid media strategy across all the funnel stages: Upper Funnel (Awareness) to sustain Brand visibility, Mid Funnel (Consideration) to drive traffic the website and Lower Funnel (Conversion) through conversion-focused channels (PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates).
Managing day-to-day operational needs for paid media campaigns together with our media agency partner with a hands-on operational approach, ensuring spend optimization.
Coordinating with the colleagues of the Marketing team (Creative, Content, PR & Communications) to amplify key brand moments, ensuring an integrated communication strategy
Working closely with the eCommerce team, aligning on commercial targets to be reached through media optimization, conversion rate optimization initiatives, and key product strategies.
Developing and executing an integrated SEO strategy, with the support of our SEO agency partner, to improve the organic visibility of our website.
Reporting on campaigns to provide actionable insights and monitor/improve campaign performance across all the relevant KPIs.
Skills for Success
You should be a strong analytical and customer centric mindset, with:
The capability to allocate budget strategically across funnel stages and media channels according to business objectives, performance data and business seasonality
Understanding of the dynamics of the different paid media channels and SEO fundamentals, ensuring synergy between paid and organic
Hands-on professional knowledge of main Digital Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Search Console)
Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
The ability to create and present effective and accurate reports and presentations.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing & Communications are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally with a Paid Media agency and /or eCommerce background.
