Let’s talk about the role!

Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Allocator Intern to join our DTC (Direct To Consumer) team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As Allocator Intern you will support the development of our Owned & Operated Outlet and Full Price business. You will collaborate closely with the Merchandise Planner, Buyer, and Sales Team to ensure that inventory is managed to the planned constraints and business goals. You will have a direct impact on the day-by-day life of our teams and being accountable for performance monitoring to support informed decision.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Allocator Intern:

  • Supports Inventory Plans through the execution of initial seasonal inventory allocations and the weekly/daily replenishment activities

  • Focus on store & Channels inventory levels

  • STO (Stock Transfer Order**)** Management, Shipping delivery Schedule, Delivery Plans, back to DC management (in season and end of season) arranging pick-up with local couriers

  • Performance & stock analysis to support planning team

  • Contribute to historical data analysis, inventory and communication set up and results monitoring during Key Centre activations

  • Contribute to properly set up promotions in the system

  • Contribute to keep a constant communication flow with key stakeholders (Field, sales team,..)

How you will make a difference

Skills that will make you succeed:

  • A University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economic, Statistic, or related fields is required as a pre-requisite

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge. Previous experience in retail planning and/or allocation is preferred.

  • Advantage knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to create reports that meet business needs and data-visualization dashboards

  • Ability to analyse, present and communicate information in a manner that allows informed decision-making

  • Trading mentality: ability to work in team maximising communication between different functions, challenge results and information to identify challenges, drive for results and be profit-focused.

  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
