Let’s talk about the role!
As a Product Merchandising Intern you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle by translating market insights into compelling assortments that drive sales and brand growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, maximizing customer impact and business performance.
- Support the SMU (Special Make Up) line planning process by analyzing consumer insights, sales performance, and market trends to inform the FW/SS assortment strategy for Europe.
- Coordinate the go-to-market process by managing timelines, tools, and product data accuracy to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor in-season product performance to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to optimize sell-through and margin.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure correct data flows into the systems & assortments reflect brand direction while meeting local market needs and commercial goals.
- Contribute to visual line reviews and product presentations by supporting the preparation of compelling tools.
- Support data entry of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, support with transfer from PLM to Flex and update linelists to reflect correct information

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:
- The ability to work with numbers and draw simple conclusions to support product decisions.
- The capability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- A team player. Working x functionally is essential as a assistant product merchandiser.
- An understanding of what makes a product appealing to consumers, especially in the European market.
- Eye for detail to ensure accuracy across the tools & PLM systems
- A basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools to help with data and product tracking.
- A keen interest in fashion, retail, or product creation, and a desire to grow in this field.
- A positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.

In this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how seasonal assortments are built and brought to life across the European market. You’ll work closely with experienced merchandisers, gaining exposure to product strategy, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
We cannot grant that the internship will lead you to a contract afterwards, but thanks to the value of the experience most of our interns are staying in the company after the internship period.
