Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Associate Analyst, Business Operations & Gross-To-Net to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

In this role as Associate Analyst, Business Operations & Gross-To-Net, you will support Timberland’s commercial team in managing key business processes that help the brand plan and execute its financial strategy. You will contribute to the smooth execution of sales and planning operations, helping ensure consistency, visibility, and alignment across teams.

Your focus will be on supporting the evolution and governance of commercial terms, managing discount structures, overseeing return budgets and ensuring adherence to brand policies, maintaining master data accuracy, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives like Mercury. You’ll also help ensure that data and tools are used effectively to support decision-making.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Commercial Terms (T&Cs): You will support the setup and maintenance of commercial terms, ensuring they are correctly implemented and aligned with business objectives.
  • Discounts: You will help monitor discount structures and seasonal applications, providing visibility and support to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Returns: You will contribute to the governance of return budgets and ensure adherence to brand policies.
  • Master Data: You will maintain and validate master data across systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), supporting operational accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Mercury: You will collaborate on cross-functional projects such as Mercury, helping the team adopt new ways of working and improve commercial operations.
  • Data Enablement & Governance: You will help ensure that the brand’s data needs are reflected in available tools and processes, enabling teams to access relevant insights and make informed decisions. You will contribute to maintaining data consistency and support the evolution of dashboards and reporting dimensions in line with business requirements.

You should be a team player, detail-oriented, analytical, dynamic, and possess strong entrepreneurial skills. You should also be flexible and able to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift and deadlines must be met.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics
  • Past experience in financial planning /sales analysis/sales ops
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powe BI and effective presentations skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or any related tool
  • High energetic and goal oriented
  • Great at getting things done and able to create, maintain and develop relationship with various departments
  • Curious, with a global understanding and outlook, and strong desire to continually learn and evolve
