The Role:

Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering and Data Operations for the Open Data team. You'll lead both the engineering and data operations teams responsible for designing, building, and launching data & software products that onboard, process, and manage healthcare reference data.

You will lead a mixed team of engineering and data operations professionals, serving as the strategic and technical expert who defines the platform's future scalability through sound architecture and technical guidance. This involves overseeing the data platform's lifecycle: from acquiring data (government, professional, and web sources) and ensuring its curation and quality, to providing the technical vision for the enterprise software platform. You’re passionate about building large-scale, data-focused platforms and excited about leading a high-performing development and operations team.
