The Role:

The Program Manager serves as the definitive owner of success, functioning as the executive partner who ensures strategic cohesion across Veeva's RTSM teams to maximize customer value. Your mission is to secure customer success with intensity, optimize the adoption of our solutions, and identify opportunities for massive, long-term growth.

This role is highly collaborative requiring strategic thinking, strong program management skills, and the ability to mentor others. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Project Management teams to create impactful experiences that drive adoption and site success.
