Marketing Deployment Manager Overview:
A Marketing Deployment Manager is responsible for orchestrating the production and delivery of high-quality, timely campaigns and assets across multiple deployment teams. This role collaborates closely with channel production teams to streamline processes and minimize operational friction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering best practices and recommendations for campaign excellence.
- Sourcing creative assets from the internal creative agency and facilitating their preparation for deployment teams.
- Managing large-scale projects through effective coordination and consultation.
- Overseeing and executing multiple concurrent campaigns and coordinating varied work streams simultaneously.
- Communicating project requirements and deliverables clearly to all stakeholders.
- Conducting quality assurance checks and providing approval for final assets prior to market deployment.
- Providing training and mentorship to team members.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Quickly acquire new skills and assimilate information efficiently.
- Gather comprehensive data to inform decision-making and promote a culture of organizational learning by reviewing successes, failures, and stakeholder feedback.
- Make prompt, well-reasoned decisions while considering risk and complexity.

- Lead and coordinate large-scale strategic initiatives or multiple complex projects, ensuring collaboration across departments.

- Independently identify, advocate for, and implement solutions, communicating effectively with management and stakeholders to secure feedback and buy-in.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Exceptional critical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced planning and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational competencies.
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to synthesize details into actionable insights and communicate their strategic impact.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Vanguard operates on a hybrid working model designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration. For roles based in our Malvern, PA campus, crew members work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
