Collaborate with investment, distribution, and marketing teams to deliver the MPS product roadmap. Conduct market research, support service model development, and contribute to governance processes that ensure the health and competitiveness of the MPS offer.

• Core Responsibilities
• Manage MPS-related initiatives from planning through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and ensure timely delivery of model launches and enhancements.
• Conduct analysis on MPS usage and market trends. Identify opportunities and risks and contribute to strategic recommendations for product evolution and positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across investment, distribution, and marketing teams. Ensure alignment on MPS priorities and execution.
• Respond to client and sales queries related to MPS. Support the delivery of RFPs, presentations, and custom model proposals.
• Create and maintain product positioning materials, training content, and marketing collateral for MPS. Ensure consistency and clarity across all channels.
• Facilitate internal education on MPS launches, updates, and positioning. Deliver training sessions and contribute to internal communications that enhance product understanding.
• Stay abreast of multi-asset portfolio construction techniques, both developed internally and across the industry, to support effective client discussions, product recommendations, and internal education.
• Leverages client and sales feedback on MPS in order to assess MPS product health and drive ongoing MPS product improvements and positioning.
• Support governance processes including model reviews and documentation. Ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards across MPS activities.
• Contribute to research efforts that inform MPS development and client engagement strategies. Stay current on industry and competitive developments.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects that enhance the MPS offer or client experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in investment product management, portfolio strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
