Role Summary
We are looking for a candidate who can connect transformation strategy to real behavioral change, anticipate organizational impacts, and shape narratives that drive alignment, adoption, and confidence across the fund back and middle office eco structure.
The ideal candidate is not only an exceptional communicator, but also a forward thinking change leader who anticipates resistance, manages complexity, and helps leaders and staff understand not just what is changing, but why it matters. You should be comfortable working in fast moving environments, leading and coaching staff, advising senior leaders, and managing multiple high impact initiatives with confidence.
Working closely with stakeholders across the fund eco system, Investment Operations, Technology, and Risk, the Business Transformation Manager drives project success from design through implementation while enabling operational excellence and future‑ready processes.
In this role you will

Drive strategic change alignment: Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise‑level change management and communications plans that support the fund eco system vision and priorities

Execute strategic communications: Build and manage multi‑channel communication strategies (email, Teams, town halls, leader cascades, Share Point, Confluence) with clarity and consistency

Build strong stakeholder relationships: Foster collaboration across executive, operational, and partner groups, influencing decisions and alignment.

Serve as a trusted advisor: Provide guidance on change best practices, anticipate obstacles, and help leaders navigate complexity based on prior transformation experience

Bring innovation to life, translate AI‑driven development, AI‑ready data, resilient engineering, and emerging technologies into compelling stories that connect strategy to outcomes

Partner with senior leaders, work closely with executives and leaders across the fund back and middle office fund eco system as a trusted advisor on change and enablement

Grow your expertise, operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, communications, and organizational change

Lead a team of 4, communicating department plans and coaching staff to meet goals. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Analyse business processes, user needs, and system requirements; translate them into actionable documentation for technology teams

Lead design and testing of new or enhanced applications, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and efficiency goals

Contribute to developing risk profiles, dashboards, and control insights that inform business decisions
What it takes

Significant proven experience in business project management, business transformation and or change management experience

Strong knowledge of AI‑based tools or automation platforms (e.g., Python, Ui Path, Appian)

Excellent capability in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering

Experience leading system enhancements or digital transformation initiative

Experience leading successful team

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship‑building skills

Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple workstreams
