In this strategic role, you'll lead the development of innovative, cost-effective wellbeing initiatives that align with Vanguard's business priorities and values. You'll collaborate across business units, influence benefit design through deep market insights, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. From crafting data-driven engagement strategies to managing vendor partnerships and facilitating workshops on stress management, nutrition, and more-you'll shape a holistic wellbeing experience that resonates across cultures and career stages.

Core Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement wellbeing programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health. Develops, delivers, and maintains benefits policies and guidelines in line with the global enterprise strategy. Serves as an inquiry escalation point for benefits related inquiries. Identify and manage resources, including external vendors and partnerships, to support wellbeing programs.
- Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to engage employees in wellbeing initiatives and promote a culture of wellbeing within the organization. Coordinate workshops and training sessions on various wellbeing topics such as stress management, nutrition, and physical activity.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make data-driven improvements. Evaluates and makes recommendations on selected business changes with benefits implications. Assists in the evaluation and refining of benefits processes. Facilitates and participates in the implementation of new or enhanced benefits programs.
- Industry Knowledge and Compliance: Ensure all wellbeing programs comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Builds and maintains a comprehensive understanding of benefit practices for multiple industries. Surfaces trends, changes in employment law, regulatory matters, or compliance requirements, and other factors that impact the design and implementation of benefit programs. Partners with legal, risk, and finance partners to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance related to benefits
- Benchmarking: Conducts evaluations on specific benefit plan market competitiveness and develops detailed plans to address gaps as needed based on consultation with key stakeholders. Performs trend analysis and conducts industry best practices research to support enterprise decision making.

Qualifications:

5 years related work experience.

A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Professional Certification: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certifications preferred but not required.

Analytical and Communication Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction across diverse cultures and organizational levels.

Knowledge of employer benefits and health and wellbeing practices and regulations preferred but not required.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays
-
Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from one of our offices in Malvern PA, Charlotte NC, or Scottsdale AZ.
