This position will help transform the way CRM is used today in Vanguard for the consumer space and will be key in how we reimagine working with CRM and AI improving our productivity and client servicing. This role will require both deep knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft's Copilot capabilities, Power Platform and Azure functions. This position requires someone who stays ahead of the roadmaps and industry trends and brings that back to vanguard to help inform and align our roadmaps.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Acts as highest-level technical expert, resolving issues, assessing any potential risks and identifying solutions
  • Lead the definition of product roadmaps and architecture for Dynamics 365 and align them with business strategies and enterprise architecture
  • Collaborates with the broader architecture community to ensure that the Dynamics 365 architecture aligns with target architectures and technology roadmaps and provides input on required platform capabilities and improving development tools/processes.
  • Works with other product teams, technology experts, and business stakeholders to provide functional support
  • Assists in the evaluation of vendors and products and participates in build vs. buy discussions with the product teams
  • Identifies new opportunities to improve solutions across the enterprise and provides input and support to the business
  • Develops and reviews product architecture and design documentation
  • Provides technical guidance to the development teams to ensure proper usage of the platform and tools
  • Ensures the feasibility of requirements to meet the needs of the business
  • Assists in the development of and management of architecture governance processes
  • Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies
  • Mentors less experienced crew members and contributes to overall development of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of Dynamics 365 development and design experience, with at least three years of technology architect experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Power Platform experience using Power Automate Flows and Power Apps.
  • Minimum of 3 years design and development with Microsoft Azure using serverless architectures
  • Demonstrated experience in using and integrating AI solutions using LLMs with Dynamics 365 or Power Apps
  • Working knowledge of AWS serverless architectures and solution preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
