Provides office support to internal and external sales executives and relationship managers. Contributes to a wide variety of sales related activities.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our Southern European sales team. This role involves working closely with Heads of Switzerland and France, the Sales Executives, and Marketing teams to support client engagement and business development activities across Switzerland and France.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement support:Schedule, prepare and participate in client meetings alongside Sales Executives and the Sales Manager as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to collect and organize materials for client meetings and follow-up.
- Inquiry management:Address routine or low-complexity inquiries from clients in Switzerland and France in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documentation and reporting:Assists in preparing and submitting DDQs, RFIs, RFPs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness by working with internal teams.
- Prepare fund mapping analysis and performance documents for prospects using Morningstar and other databases.
- Sales and Marketing collaboration:Create sales presentations for client meetings, ensuring high-quality and consistent material in collaboration with Sales Executives, Sales Manager, products/capital market and marketing teams.
- Work with the Marketing team to support the Sales Manager and Sales Executives during conferences and events.
- Gathering metrics for data analysis with a focus on the Digital Wealth space.
- Data management:Assist the Southern Europe sales team in managing and auditing client and prospect databases.
- Strategic contribution:Analyse performance data and market trends to contribute to the Southern Europe business strategy.
- Provide market research and prepare business updates and presentations for senior management, in support to the Head of Switzerland and Head of France.
- Administrative and general support:Provide support to sales executives with administrative tasks.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Profile:
- An undergraduate degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in financial services or management consulting, with some knowledge of ETFs.
- Understanding of the asset management industry, including relevant products and services, is preferred.
- Strong client focus with the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
- A self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills: ability to address challenges proactively and independently.
- Time management: ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; advanced skills such as python and macros in Excel are a plus.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and Morningstar platforms is preferred.
- Language requirements: Must be fluent in English, German and French. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
