About this job: Are you a FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed professional with a passion for building meaningful client relationships? Join our team as a Client Transfer Specialist for our Personal Investor clients at Vanguard. In this role, you'll be the trusted professional clients turn to during their most sensitive and impactful moments, from joining Vanguard to inheriting assets. Your support will take the complexity off their plate and instill trust as they navigate their investing journey.

Base Salary Range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 based on licenses held and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Investor clients during the onboarding and change of ownership experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert support during critical moments in clients' financial journeys.
  • Simplify complex processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service.
  • Educate clients on Vanguard's product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.

Qualifications:

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and utilize resources effectively.
