Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex data analysis projects involving Vanguard's financial and client sales data.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to design and implement robust data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Champion the use of automation and scripting to scale analytics use cases across the enterprise.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance analytical capabilities and business outcomes.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing analytics or engineering teams, with a strong foundation in data analysis and solution design.
• Expertise in tools such as SQL, Python, R, and modern data visualization platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
• Experience with or interest in Gen AI and cutting-edge data technologies.
