Sail Point Application Engineering Technical Lead – I

• Provides advanced level IT technical developer services for the Sail Point application, servers, and infrastructure.

• Provides technical expertise and completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities.

• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes Sail Point development, design, implementation, architecture design specification

• Ensure quality of IT deliverables

• Conduct end-to-end application testing

• Identify potential solutions and approve solutions proposed by team members

• Resolve complex issues uncovered by testers and internal clients

• Communicate with key stakeholders on project issues and implications

• Evaluate impacts of change requests on technologies

• Mentor IT staff with less experience

• Review and approve documentation and diagrams created by IT team members

• Write documentation, including technical standards and processes

• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous quality improvement

• Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout product life cycle

• Work with Information Security IAM business partners to define business requirements and identify security improvements

• Thorough understanding of IAM Security policies and procedures

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related IT field

• 6+ years of experience.
