This role supports the Global Securities Lending Program, assisting with day‑to‑day operational activities across the securities lending trade lifecycle in International markets, with a particular focus on EMEA.
The position is suited to someone looking to build experience in securities lending operations, settlements, and risk awareness within a collaborative team environment.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Support the smooth settlement of stock loan trades by assisting with activities such as collateral processing, monitoring new loan settlements, processing returns, and helping manage broker recalls.

2. Assist with the reconciliation and processing of mandatory corporate actions, ensuring events are captured and processed accurately.

3. Support the execution of voluntary corporate actions by monitoring elections and communicating with counterparties under guidance from senior team members.

4. Help identify operational issues and escalate breaks or discrepancies appropriately, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and controls.

5. Respond to ad hoc requests from the trading desk and other internal partners, supporting the team’s overall operational effectiveness.

6. Follow established controls, policies, and procedures to support risk mitigation and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
