Role Summary:
This role coordinates the design, development, and implementation of effective Human Resources programs and policies. This role also encompasses general HR functions, including program and policy administration, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, rewards coordination, HR compliance, and HR-related training and support across multiple areas of the organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Advises leaders and crew on creating an engaged and productive workplace, including providing advice on all Human Resources policies and procedures. Interacts with legal counsel regarding HR issues. Updates and maintains HR statistics and reporting.
- Handles employee relations issues. Provides consultative coaching and counseling services to crew and leaders. Recommends solutions to senior management on issues concerning crew.
- Supports recruiting activities for all levels of professional and support staff. Maintains close contact with managers to determine and address staffing needs. Works with internal and external partners to source and screen candidates. Manages administrative activities associated with hiring.
- Manages training and development programs. Identifies organizational training needs and develops and implements training courses for management and crew.
- Manages the day-to-day operations associated with the administration of compensation and benefits. Acts as a liaison between third-party vendors for assigned programs. Completes compensation surveys to obtain competitive market data.
- Provides Human Resources communications support, including the drafting, editing, and delivery of Human Resources communications.
- Supports the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and policies to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness across all HR functions.
- Oversees employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, ensuring accurate documentation and records maintenance.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to support mobility, relocation, and immigration activities where applicable.
- Contributes to HR system management and reporting by maintaining data accuracy within HRIS platforms and ensuring timely updates for HR metrics and dashboards.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including exposure to employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/ BBA/B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HRIS systems, with the ability to provide consultative and compliance-focused HR support to business leaders.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
