Atención y Asistencia Técnica: Soporte técnico telefónico, asistencia técnica a clientes (talleres, distribuidores y usuarios), y resolución de consultas técnicas por email y web.

Información Técnica: Mantenimiento y actualización de bases de datos técnicos e información específica de producto Valeo. Elaboración de notas técnicas y boletines de servicio, y detección y reporte de errores en catálogos a Valeo Service Activity.

Análisis y Dictamen de Garantías: Análisis y dictamen de piezas solicitadas en garantía (elaboración de informes y registro). Gestión de piezas dictaminadas y participación en la gestión de incidentes de calidad.

Otras Responsabilidades: Participación en eventos con clientes que involucren contacto con talleres y/o aspectos técnicos y cumplimiento de la seguridad como trabajador.
