​We’re looking for a motivated graduate who’s excited to dive into the world of industrial digitization. In this exciting role, you’ll be working hands-on with digital tools, data, and cross-functional teams to bring smart solutions to life.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Supporting the digitization team in rolling out strategic site priorities and goals

• Collaborating on

digitization projects within the plant

• Assisting with testing and implementing standard digital tools

• Analyzing processes, workflows, and technologies to suggest improvement opportunities

• Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing Big Data to gain insights and support decision-making

• Sharing and spreading digital knowledge across departments

ABOUT YOU:

• A recent high school OR university graduate in a **technical or IT-related field **(max. 1 year after graduation)

• Advanced English(Czech is a big plus!)

• Interested in Big Data – collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting

• Familiar with cloud platforms and databases

• Comfortable with information and industrial systems

• Confident using or learning programming languages

• Analytical, curious, and eager to solve problems

• A creative team player with positive attitude
