Have a significant competency in System deveolpment for TCU modules:

  • Contribute to the technical knowledge of the organization by capitalizing best practices;

  • Ensure standard excellence. Continuously improve standards on telemacti;

  • Contribute on transversal initiatives;

  • Support the team leader in tailoring the standard processes based on project needs.

Design complex features and/or support/provide solutions to operational entities and control technical choices made:

  • Support during competition Phase (RFQ), in the choice of technical solutions for mature products;

  • Design complex features;

  • Perform technical reviews on the different project’s activities;

  • Present work progress continuously through active participation on project meetings;

  • Develop a features list and organize them into work packages delivery phases to ensure maximum value delivered to the customer with each phase (optimize, reuse);

  • Support Design Leaders & Project Management in the Metier development planning;

  • Check the performance level of the technical solutions provided.

Can provide innovative technologies solutions:

  • Contribute for system and customer requirements analysis for new products;

  • Contribute for high level design architecture definition for new products;

Technical interface:

  • manage technical interfaces with multiple disciplines and customer engineering teams, and communicate clearly on project progress and technical risks to division-level stakeholders.

Training

  • coach junior and engineer-level colleagues, give constructive feedback, help resolve technical questions in the team, and encourage knowledge sharing.

Productuvity

  • ensure the work packages follow SWL guidelines, observe the value stream in my area, highlight recurring inefficiencies, and recommend realistic improvements to the team.
