Valeo Lighting Systems The plant produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we are looking for a Project Launch Manager.

Job description:

• Ensure achievement of project objectives in terms of manufacturing

• Validate capacity available and investments in production site

• Follow-up of non quality cost and quality improvement plans

• Ensure readiness of project at internal and customer milestones

• Participate to Design Review, Process & Logistic Review

• Is accountable for budget management (all Site resources)

• Ensure appraisal and development of Project Team Members

• Lead communication with customer and development centers

• Ensure pre-serial deliveries on time

Requirements:

• Master degree in engineering

• At least 2 years professional experience in launching new projects, preferably in automotive branch

• Proficient in time management and the rigorous execution of project schedules

• Strong interpersonal and communication competencies

• Fluent English and Polish

• Teamwork spirit

• Customer orientation
